Personal Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

1. Processed Personal Data

• Identity and contact data: name-surname, e-mail address.
• Transaction security data: IP address, session logs, device and browser information.
• Customer transaction data: balance top-ups, orders, rentals, refunds.
• Request and complaint data: support correspondence.

2. Purposes of Processing

• Creating membership, authentication and ensuring account security.
• Providing the service: number allocation, SMS delivery, rental and refund processes.
• Executing payment and balance transactions, accounting and invoicing.
• Preventing fraud and abuse, keeping log records.
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests of authorized institutions.

3. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed pursuant to Article 5 of KVKK on the grounds of necessity for the conclusion or performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, establishment/exercise/protection of a right and legitimate interest. Where none of these grounds apply, your explicit consent is requested.

4. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to number providers (only technical data required for the order), payment institutions, hosting and infrastructure providers, and to authorized public authorities upon legal request. Since our infrastructure providers' servers may be located abroad, such transfers are made in compliance with Article 9 of KVKK.

5. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and for the statutory retention periods (e.g. 10 years for commercial and financial records); at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

6. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

• Learning whether your personal data is processed and requesting information.
• Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly.
• Knowing the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad.
• Requesting correction of incomplete or incorrect data.
• Requesting deletion or destruction when conditions are met.
• Objecting to adverse results arising from automated analysis.
• Requesting compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests regarding your rights to the e-mail address below. Applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
